Curved-belt drawings, from the calculation sheet

Type the figures off a Kurvenbandberechnung sheet and get the cutting DXF: contour, hole rings, joint markings and measuring marks, on the layers the cutter expects. Splice angles, Z-joint teeth and ADV allowances are drawn the way the shop draws them, measured off its own reference belts rather than guessed.

How far the belt has wandered, measured

Finds the punched-hole column and the belt edge in a camera image, and reports the lateral shift at three heights — top, middle and bottom. Checkerboard calibration turns pixels into millimetres, so the number on screen is the number on the belt.

Every hole measured, at line speed

The desk-side half of BeltGauge. Measures hole diameter and pitch against the CAD nominal, flags what falls outside tolerance as it passes, logs every frame to CSV and closes a batch with a report.
